"Ace Norton's grandfather wrote films for John Wayne, Burt Reynolds, Burt Lancaster, Raquel Welch and Charles Bronson among others. He did 2 years in a French prison for transporting guns for the I.R.A. He was a soldier in Patton's Army in France, Germany and Austria, and he was a Communist Party member and un-friendly witness before HUAC"
